      We use a power edger to trim and remove any grass or dirt along the edges of your driveway or parking lot, allowing us to seal up to the very edge of the pavement for a clean finished look.
      Cleaning
      Thorough cleaning is essential to ensure the pavement sealer adheres correctly. We use top-of-the-line equipment, such as walk-behind blowers, rotary brooms, turbine blowers, and sweepers, to clean your parking lot thoroughly.
      Crack Repair
      Linear cracks are blown out with 185 CFM compressed air and filled with a hot, rubberized crack filler designed to expand and contract with your pavement through freeze/thaw cycles.
      Pedestrian Safety
      To ensure safety, we close off the area to be sealed with cones, cone bars, barricades, and caution tape. It is the property owner's responsibility to notify all relevant people of our work ahead of time.
      Seal Coat
      We apply two coats of sealer using a hand-brushed application. Our hand-crushed method reduces any possibility of overs application. We do not spray as this can cause over-application on walkways, curbs, or buildings. Finally, all roadway ends are given a clean, straight end for a professional look.
