Commercial Paving, Apartment Complex, Danbury, CT

danbury ct Paving

Roadmaster Paving completed a full parking lot repaving at a multi-building apartment complex in Danbury.

The existing lot had reached the end of its service life, with widespread alligator cracking, failed patches, and drainage problems that pooled water near building entrances. Our crew milled the deteriorated surface, corrected the grade to move water toward existing catch basins, and repaired failed sections of base before paving. We installed new asphalt across the lot, then finished with fresh line striping, numbered resident spaces, and ADA-compliant markings. Because residents needed daily access, we phased the work by section so parking remained available throughout the project, coordinating each stage with property management.

The result is a smooth, properly drained lot that protects the owner’s asset and improves daily life for tenants. This is typical of the phased commercial work we handle for apartment and condominium properties across Fairfield County.
