Commercial Parking Lot Paving Contractor
A parking lot is a liability surface before it is an amenity. Standing water, uneven transitions at catch basins, and crumbling edges are trip hazards and claims waiting to happen, and they are the things an insurer and a tenant both notice first.
They are also the things that get built in on day one. A lot poured to a single specification across its whole area will fail unevenly, because the parking stalls, the drive lanes, and the entrance carry completely different loads. We spec the lot by zone rather than by total square footage.
Parking Lot Paving Solutions
We use hot mix asphalt and build the section to the traffic it will actually take. Passenger parking areas need less depth than drive aisles, and drive aisles need less than a truck entrance or a loading area. Getting this right at installation costs a modest amount more and is the difference between a lot that needs an overlay in fifteen years and one that needs drive lane reconstruction in six.
Grade comes before surface. We set the pitch to move water to the existing drainage rather than to the low corner by the building entrance, and we adjust catch basins, manholes, and utility structures to the finished elevation. A structure left at the old grade leaves a lip that fails within a season or two, usually in exactly the spot that collects water.

Drive Lanes, Entrances, and Access Roads
Drive-through lanes are the hardest surface on most commercial properties. Slow-rolling and stationary vehicles rut asphalt far faster than moving traffic, which is why the drive lane at a bank or pharmacy usually fails years before the parking area around it. Those lanes need a heavier mix and a deeper section.
The same applies to dumpster pads, loading areas, and truck entrances. We build these zones separately rather than treating the lot as one uniform surface.

Keeping Your Property Open
Almost no commercial property can close for paving. We phase the work section by section so tenants, customers, and emergency access stay available throughout, and where daytime work is not possible we run nights or weekends. You get a written schedule showing which sections close and when, so you can notify tenants before we arrive rather than after.
