Parking Lot and Drive Lane Paving, M&T Bank, Danbury, CT

Roadmaster Paving repaved the parking lot and drive-through lanes at an M&T Bank branch in Danbury. Bank properties carry specific demands. Drive-through lanes take constant slow-rolling traffic that ruts asphalt over time, and the property has to stay open and safe for customers during work. We removed the worn surface, repaired base failures in the drive-through approach where rutting was worst, and repaved the lot and lanes with new asphalt built to handle daily vehicle loads. Work was scheduled in stages around branch hours so the ATM and teller lanes stayed accessible, with clear temporary routing for customers. We completed the project with new striping, directional arrows, and accessible parking markings to keep the branch compliant and easy to navigate. The finished lot gives the bank a clean, professional entrance and a surface built for years of daily traffic.
